Off Loading Snow Crab - The Monitor
The photo below shows the buyer adding or removing crab to have the desired amount of crab in the box.
The scale (below) is in the middle of the two people on the wharf. The buyer is on the left hand side and the "monitor" is recording the weight and number of boxes on the right hand side. (Note the monitor is not an employee of either the buyer or the fisherman.)
